Because every candle and decor piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong scent or size chosen, or general dissatisfaction with personal preferences.
If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, we’ll make it right. Just send us a message at info@karigar.style within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation — no need to send anything back.
