Processing Time

We typically process all orders within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is ready to go, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way!

Shipping Times

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and many international destinations. Delivery times may vary based on location, seasonal volume, and carrier delays.

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 10–30 business days
  • Australia: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

We do our best to keep shipping fair and transparent. Charges are based on your destination and the number of items in your cart.

United States

  • Additional Item: USD 3.99

Canada

  • First Item: USD 11.59 – $27.59
  • Additional Item: USD 3.99 – $6.39

Australia

  • First Item: $17.99 – $41.79
  • Additional Item: USD 4.49 – $9.29

Rest of the World

  • First Item: USD 11.59 – $34.39
  • Additional Item: USD 4.49 – $9.29

Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs or import taxes may apply.

Karigar Style is not responsible for these charges. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Please email info@karigar.style within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping internationally can come with some delays due to customs clearance or local delivery issues.

If your package is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out to us at info@karigar.style and we’ll gladly help you track it down.

Refunds & Returns

All our candles are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us at info@karigar.style within 30 days of receiving your item
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days
